Our Mission

We help our clients achieve their goals by providing superior environmental and industrial solutions through a safe working environment, advanced education and state of the art equipment for our team members.

Industry-Leading since 1959

Overley’s was established in 1959 and headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona as one of Arizona’s first hazardous waste transporters.  Over the years, we’ve been known as an industry leader dedicated to making our customers lives easier through superior workmanship, attention to detail, and consistent quality of service.

We’ve always been known as a trend-setter, providing our customer’s cradle to grave waste management needs.  In recent years with Dan Porter’s acquisition of Overley’s, the focus of the company has shifted to environmental contracting, including a variety of remediation, restoration, and civil construction projects.

Our management team and skilled professionals bring years of experience in environmental and civil construction. This includes, but is not limited to soil remediation, UST closures, installation of dry and wet utilities, backfill, compaction, grading, concrete and landscaping services

We pride ourselves in providing the same quality service people have come to expect from Overley’s in the last 60 years with total commitment to operating all aspects of the firm in a safe and incident-free manner.  In 2019, we were informed of our new Experience Modifier Rating (EMR) of 0.76 putting our safety rating at the top of the industry.

One unique advantage we have in our industry is that we own over 400 pieces of equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, water trucks and semi-tractors equipped to haul roll-off containers, vacuum tankers, and end dump trailers.  Our diverse skillsets combined with our assets enables our team to provide safe, superior workmanship, attention to details, and consistent commitment to quality.

We have successfully performed numerous projects ranging in diversity that have resulted in a consistent growing list of repeat customers from the following sectors:

  • Federal, State, and local agencies/governments
